Where can I enter the discount code?
Where can I enter the discount code?
You can enter the discount code in the discount code field on the checkout page, and the discount will be deducted from the total amount immediately. Please note that only one discount code can be used per order.
What payment options do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay for online payments.
Shipping & Return
Do you ship to all countries?
We offer shipping services to Hong Kong and Macau, and some brands also offer shipping to other countries. If you have any queries about overseas orders, please contact us.
How much is the shipping fee?
For Hong Kong and Macau orders: Free shipping for orders over HK$800, otherwise a HK$35 shipping fee will be charged.
For overseas orders: Free shipping for orders over US$500, otherwise a US$30 shipping fee will be charged. Additional fees may apply for remote areas.
How long does the delivery take?
Generally, you will receive your order within 1-3 business days (for Hong Kong or Macau orders). For overseas orders, it usually takes 3-7 business days, but the actual delivery time may be longer depending on inventory, delivery area, and customs clearance time.
Do I need to pay any additional fees upon delivery?
For Hong Kong or Macau: No additional fees.
What is your return policy?
All watches purchased through our website are eligible for returns, and you can choose to exchange or get a full refund**. Please note that you must contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving the item. If you want to exchange, please check with our customer service first to ensure the availability of the product.
**Limited editions, pre-order watches, special discount offers, or custom-ordered watches are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Do I need to pay for the return shipping?
You will need to pay for the shipping to return the package to us, and ensure that the watch is returned in brand new condition with all original accessories and packaging (such as the watch box, product tags, and any small gifts). We do not accept returns without the original accessories and packaging. We recommend using a tracked and insured courier service to return the item.
What if the watch I received is defective or different from my order?
If the watch you received is defective or different from your order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible (within 3 days of receiving the item). We will arrange the exchange process within 3 business days and cover the shipping fees.
Do you receive the product I want to return/exchange?
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you to ensure you receive the necessary item or refund as soon as possible.

Is there a warranty?
Gaston Luga products come with a 1-year conditional warranty, and Polaroid instant cameras come with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty.
Watches come with 1-2 years of official warranty service, the details of which can be found on the warranty card or certificate. This warranty generally covers all manufacturing defects, including the watch movement, dial, scales, and hands.
The watch brand's warranty does not cover:
Battery life, normal wear and tear, damage to the strap or bracelet.
Damage caused by improper use or accident (such as impact, dropping, water damage, scratches, etc.)
If your watch has been repaired by any unauthorized third party, the warranty will be void.
