Please note that you must contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving the item. The watch brand's warranty does not cover:
Battery life, normal wear and tear, damage to the strap or bracelet.
Damage caused by improper use or accident (such as impact, dropping, water damage, scratches, etc.)
