Please note that you must contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving the item. Gaston Luga products come with a 1-year conditional warranty, and Polaroid instant cameras come with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty.
Watches come with 1-2 years of official warranty service, the details of which can be found on the warranty card or certificate. This warranty generally covers all manufacturing defects, including the watch movement, dial, scales, and hands.

The watch brand's warranty does not cover:
Battery life, normal wear and tear, damage to the strap or bracelet.
Damage caused by improper use or accident (such as impact, dropping, water damage, scratches, etc.)
If your watch has been repaired by any unauthorized third party, the warranty will be void.
