Please note that you must contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving the item. You will need to pay for the shipping to return the package to us, and ensure that the watch is returned in brand new condition with all original accessories and packaging (such as the watch box, product tags, and any small gifts). If the watch you received is defective or different from your order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible (within 3 days of receiving the item). We will arrange the exchange process within 3 business days and cover the shipping fees.

The watch brand's warranty does not cover:
