Please note that you must contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving the item. If the watch you received is defective or different from your order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible (within 3 days of receiving the item). We will arrange the exchange process within 3 business days and cover the shipping fees.

The watch brand's warranty does not cover:
Battery life, normal wear and tear, damage to the strap or bracelet.
