All watches purchased through our website are eligible for returns, and you can choose to exchange or get a full refund**. Please note that you must contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving the item. You will need to pay for the shipping to return the package to us, and ensure that the watch is returned in brand new condition with all original accessories and packaging (such as the watch box, product tags, and any small gifts). We do not accept returns without the original accessories and packaging. We recommend using a tracked and insured courier service to return the item.

If the watch you received is defective or different from your order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible (within 3 days of receiving the item). We will arrange the exchange process within 3 business days and cover the shipping fees.

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you to ensure you receive the necessary item or refund as soon as possible.

Watches come with 1-2 years of official warranty service, the details of which can be found on the warranty card or certificate. This warranty generally covers all manufacturing defects, including the watch movement, dial, scales, and hands.

The watch brand's warranty does not cover:
Battery life, normal wear and tear, damage to the strap or bracelet.
Damage caused by improper use or accident (such as impact, dropping, water damage, scratches, etc.)
If your watch has been repaired by any unauthorized third party, the warranty will be void.
